Warranties Dashboard

Details about warranties related to the facility's equipment, units, or other services. This includes warranty periods, coverage details, and how to claim a warranty.

  • All Warranties - Within the All-Warranties section, you can view the warranty title and date logged. You also have the option to view or update warranties by clicking the three-dot icon under "Action."

Follow these Steps to navigate and use Warranties:

  •    1. Click "Warranties"“Warranties.”

  • Select    2.  Click "New Warranty Request"Request.”

  • Under    3. Go to "Type",“Type,” choose the appropriate option from the list.

  • In the “Unit Recipient” field, enter the correct recipient unit.

  • Accurately enter the First Name.

  • Accurately enter the Last Name.

  • Click “Add Date.”

  • Select “Entry Dates.”

  • Complete the Entry Date field.

  • Enter the Start Time.

  • Enter the End Time.

  • Clearly state your request in the appropriate“Describe RecipientYour UnitRequest”. field.

  • (Optional) Upload 5.or Typecapture correctlya photo in the desiredPhoto "FirstSource Namesection "if needed.

  • Click “Save Warranty.”

  •  6. Enter "Email Address "

   7. Enter "Telephone Number "

   8. Choose "Entry Window Start" date

   9. Choose "Entry Window End" date.

  10. Provide "Access Notes/Availability"

   11. Please indicate your exact request
